How do I manifest marriage with my SP when his past words and four months of no contact make me doubt that he will ever take action?

My SP is separated from his wife, and I did not know about the situation initially. When I found out, I told him that I wanted to marry him and that he needed to close that chapter before we could begin ours. He resisted and said that things do not happen that way because of our Indian and traditional background. I told him that unless the situation changes, I cannot continue because I am not willing to be collateral damage.

Since then, we have not spoken to each other for four months. He did confirm to me that he is not living with his wife and is not seeing anyone else apart from me, but that was not enough for me because I want marriage. We have never had a physical relationship and we were never in a committed relationship, but he knows exactly what I want from him.

My manifestation question is that I can imagine being married to him, but because we have not been in contact for four months, his words keep echoing in my mind. I find it difficult to convince myself that he will actually take action and make this happen.

I want to know how I can manifest my desired marriage with him when my 3D circumstances and his past words keep making me doubt whether my desire can really happen.
