Overview
scaffirmations (“we,” “us”) provides Law of Assumption coaching through written answers, a public library, memberships, and optional live sessions. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details — email address when you sign in with a magic link.
- Questions and context — the question text, situation details, category, and any follow-ups you submit.
- Usage — library reads, bookmarks (for members), credits, and membership status.
- Payments — purchases may be processed through third parties such as Razorpay or PayPal. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers. We retain processor references, transaction status, subscription status, and paid-through dates to provide access and handle support or disputes.
- Messages — contact, support, and session booking requests you send us.
- Technical data — basic device/browser signals and approximate region used to show local pricing and payment options.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account, credits, and membership.
- To answer your questions and publish answers to the public library.
- To send service emails (for example: sign-in links, answer ready notices, credit or membership unlocks, and coach alerts).
- To process payments and unlock access after payment is confirmed.
- To improve the site, prevent abuse, and keep capacity limits fair.
Public library
Answered questions are published in a searchable public library so others can learn from them. Do not include information you are not comfortable seeing online. You may contact us if you need a published answer reviewed or hidden.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service, including with:
- Hosting and database providers (for example Supabase / Vercel).
- Email delivery (for example Resend) and authentication providers.
- Payment processors (Razorpay and/or PayPal).
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep account, question, answer, and purchase records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- You can stop using the service and request account deletion.
- You can ask us to correct inaccurate account information.
- Service emails are part of using scaffirmations (sign-in and transaction notices).
