Agreement

By using scaffirmations (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What we offer

The Service may include:

• Paid or free question credits, including one free first question per account.
• Written coaching answers from a human coach.
• A public library of published answers, with a free monthly read allowance.
• Optional paid membership for unlimited library reading and saving answers.
• Optional paid live coaching sessions booked separately.
• Follow-up questions on your own answered threads (using credits).

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Magic-link sign-in is personal — do not share sign-in links.

Questions and publishing

• Submitting a question spends a credit (or your free question) when accepted into the queue.
• Answered questions are published to the public library. Write only what you are comfortable sharing publicly.
• We may reject, edit for clarity, hide, or unpublish content that is abusive, illegal, spam, off-topic, or otherwise unsuitable.
• Queue capacity is limited. When the queue is full, new submissions may be paused.
• Timing estimates (for example “within about a day”) are goals, not guarantees.

Payments and unlocks

• Question packs and memberships may be paid through third-party processors (Razorpay or PayPal), depending on your region.
• PayPal and Razorpay payments are tied to your signed-in account. Access is applied automatically after a verified payment notification.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and may differ by currency/market.
• Credits and memberships are digital goods. Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If a question is rejected by the coach, the related credit is refunded to your account.

Membership

Membership unlocks unlimited library reading and saving for the granted period. When membership ends, saved lists remain, but reading again uses the free monthly allowance. Membership does not include free question credits unless stated otherwise.

PayPal memberships renew automatically on the monthly or annual schedule shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid-through date. A failed or suspended payment does not extend access.

Sessions

Live session bookings are requests. Scheduling, payment, and delivery details are confirmed separately by email or Instagram DM. Session fees are separate from question packs and library membership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Submit illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Circumvent payment, read limits, or membership gates.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding, and coach-written answers are owned by scaffirmations or its licensors. You keep ownership of your submitted question text, and you grant us a license to store, display, and publish it as part of the Service (including the public library).

Disclaimer

scaffirmations offers personal coaching perspective based on Law of Assumption principles. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or emergency advice. Answers are educational and reflective, not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, scaffirmations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
